How do you verify the authenticity of your jewelry?

At Windsor, we use professional XRF analysis technology to verify the composition of our jewelry without causing any damage to the piece. This allows us to guarantee the authenticity of our 18K gold jewelry.

Do your diamonds come with certificates?

Selected diamonds include internationally recognized GIA certificates. Product descriptions will indicate when a GIA certificate is included.

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes. We offer personalized jewelry services for engagement rings, wedding bands, and bespoke creations.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. In-stock pieces are typically available immediately, while custom orders may require additional time.

Do you offer jewelry repairs?

Yes. Our workshop provides repair, maintenance, polishing, resizing, and restoration services. (Only for gold jewelry)

Do your jewelry pieces include a warranty?

Yes. Windsor offers a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or modifications made by third parties.
