Joyería Windsor offers delivery within Quito and throughout Ecuador.

For purchases over $150 within Quito, delivery may be complimentary. For purchases under $150 within Quito, a delivery fee may apply.

Deliveries outside Quito are quoted according to the destination, courier availability, and value of the item.

For high-value jewelry, Windsor may coordinate special delivery or in-person handover for additional security.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and courier service.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature and value of fine jewelry, returns and exchanges are evaluated case by case.

Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with their original packaging, certificates, and purchase documentation.

Custom-made, personalized, resized, engraved, or modified jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Warranty-related cases will be reviewed by Windsor’s workshop before approval.
